Jana Lindner McCaffery
A native of New Orleans, Jana Lindner McCaffery received her Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law in 1999. While in law school, Ms. McCaffery served as a student advocate for the Loyola Honor Board, was an active board member of the Association of Women Law Students, and was Vice-President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Loyola University Board of Advocates. Ms. McCaffery is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana. Jana resides in River Ridge, Louisiana with her husband, three sons and daughter.
Jana’s prior experience includes several years with a large Louisiana law firm practicing solely personal injury law. Jana has represented more than 1100 clients over the past seven years and brings this experience to her small, personal law practice. She also has experience in the areas of criminal law, having spent three years as an Assistant District Attorney for Orleans Parish; family law; civil contracts; successions and class action law suits.
